War in Zone is a grand turn-based strategy set in the universe of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game series. The player takes on the role of a faction leader and attempts to conquer the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. The game features a variety of mechanics, including: constructing various buildings, modifying equipment in workshops, managing warehouse inventory, recruiting and re-equipping fighters, planning combat operations, appointing deputies, changing the internal rules by which the faction operates, and even switching its ideology! And these are just some of the options available to the leader. The game includes various scenarios, some of which feature storylines based on the original trilogy, where you will either use the main characters from the original trilogy for your own selfish purposes, or try to oppose them by playing, for example, as "Monolith." There is also a multiplayer mode where you can test your skills playing with friends!
